Itineraries

Day 1

MILAN – BIELLA – LAKE VIVERONE – RICETTO DI CANDELO

Departure from the hotel in Milan. Visit of Biella and the Museum of Territory. Cruise on boat at Lake Viverone. Continuation to Candelo, old walled hamlet and overnight in a B&B inside an original medieval building.

Day 2

CANDELO – QUINCINETTO – BARD – IVREA - CANDELO

Breakfast at the hotel. Arrival to Quincinetto, the last piedmontese village on the border line with Aosta Valley. Entry at the Fortress of Bard. Visit of Ivrea, the city of Olivetti and the carnival of the battle of oranges and the Museum Garda. Return to Candelo.

Day 3

CANDELO – PARK GRAN PARADISO - SUSA

Breakfast at the hotel. Arrival to Ceresole Reale, the gate of entrance of the National Park of Gran Paradiso; nice walk around the lake. Excursion through the Valley of Susa with typical lunch. Continuation to Susa and overnight in a farm holiday with animals (Al Pra di Muriet o similar).

Day 4

SUSA – BARDONECCHIA – TORRE PELLICE – MONVISO - SUSA

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit of Bardonecchia, the village of the winter olympic games. Visit of Torre Pellice, capital of the Waldensian Museum and its community. Excursion to Crissolo to admire the Monviso, the King of the Stone. Return to the farm holiday in Susa.

Day 5

SUSA – SACRA DI SAN MICHELE – STUPINIGI - MILAN

Breakfast at the hotel. Entry to the Sacra di San Michele, symbol of Piedmont. Entrance to the Royal Palace of Stupinigi. Return to Milan. End of services
